Led the development of LinkedIn content to strengthen the company’s online presence, attract talent, and build credibility in the healthcare space. Focused on creating engaging, brand-aligned posts that reflected company culture, industry expertise, and patient impact.
CHALLENGE
The company’s LinkedIn presence was underutilized, with low engagement and inconsistent messaging. In fact, the page hadn’t been actively used for posting or engagement in over three years prior to my arrival. There was a clear need to revive the platform with a more strategic and professional content approach to support recruitment, showcase company culture, and build brand awareness in the healthcare space.
THE DESIGN PROCESS

SOLUTION
I developed a multi-pronged LinkedIn content strategy designed to re-engage our audience, build brand credibility, and support hiring goals. Below are examples of the distinct content types I created—each crafted to grow our presence and connect with both prospective employees and industry peers.




COMMUNITY & CULTURE HIGHLIGHTS
Created timely posts tied to holidays and healthcare-related observances—such as National Respiratory Care Week—to show appreciation for our staff and spotlight the values that matter most to the Reliable community.




EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT SERIES
Launched a content series featuring real employees across departments. I conducted short interviews and shared direct quotes alongside portraits, helping humanize the company and give candidates an authentic glimpse into our work culture.



ENGAGEMENT-DRIVEN CONTENT
Designed posts that promoted upcoming raffles, giveaways, and events—both in-person and virtual. These were crafted to drive visibility, increase interaction, and keep our audience engaged with the brand in a fun, low-barrier way.

Reflections
This project showed me how impactful consistent, authentic content can be in elevating brand perception and attracting the right talent. It strengthened my skills in content strategy, copywriting, and visual storytelling—key tools for marketing in both digital and healthcare spaces.
