My background is rooted in movement 🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️ both physically and professionally. Growing up playing sports sparked a lifelong interest in health and wellness, which led me to study psychology. I graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Marketing from the Carroll School of Management 🎓. Since then, I’ve combined analytical thinking with creative storytelling to craft human-centered marketing and digital experiences ✨👤🤩.

After college, I led digital marketing at Reliable Respiratory, where I helped launch a new maternity product website 💻🤱🏻 and created mission-driven content to support patients and providers. I later spent two seasons leading active travel trips across the U.S. with Backroads 🚴🏻‍♀️⛰️, an experience that strengthened my leadership, logistics, and people skills. Most recently, I led the rebrand and website redesign for a fine jewelry boutique, overseeing creative direction, content, and customer experience.

Now based in Southern California ☀️🌊, I’ve returned to Reliable full-time, where I focus on HR, internal communications, and employee engagement helping build connection and community across the organization.

Outside of work, you’ll find me running along the coast, traveling somewhere new, spending time with friends & family (preferably at the beach 🏝️), or cuddling with my dog, Moby 🐶.
