Led content development and creative direction for Reliable Maternity’s Instagram and TikTok channels. Managed end-to-end execution—including content planning, design, video editing, caption writing, and posting—to build community, support new parents, and promote services like breast pump coverage and lactation counseling.
CHALLENGE
Reliable Maternity had little to no presence on social media and lacked a cohesive voice across platforms. There was a clear opportunity to build a digital space where patients could feel informed and supported, while also attracting new customers through relatable, engaging content. The challenge was to balance credibility with approachability in a space already crowded with maternity advice and influencers.
THE DESIGN PROCESS
SOLUTION
Developed a variety of content aimed at growing our presence, fostering engagement, and creating a welcoming, informative space for new and expecting parents. Below are examples of the key content types I created, each designed to support Reliable Maternity’s brand mission and build lasting community connections.
COMMUNITY & AWARENESS HIGHLIGHTS
Created posts tied to holidays and health awareness campaigns—such as Breast Cancer Awareness Month and World Breastfeeding Week—to reflect values shared by our community and show Reliable Maternity’s involvement in relevant causes.
February is Black History Month. Celebrate with us as we highlight some Black female change makers in the healthcare industry. Each of these women were pioneers in their fields and made breakthroughs in healthcare that have positively impacted countless lives and the industry as a whole. 💪🏾💖

Reflections
This project was especially meaningful to me, as women’s health is a space I feel deeply connected to. That personal passion added authenticity to my creative process—but it also challenged me to separate my own voice from the brand’s. I learned to create empathetic, mission-driven content that aligned with Reliable Maternity’s tone and values, not just my own perspective.
The experience taught me how to translate sensitive healthcare topics into accessible, supportive content that served both marketing and community-building goals. It also gave me the opportunity to explore video and short-form storytelling—an increasingly valuable skill in digital healthcare communication.
