Launched the More Than A Mother  Blog for Reliable Maternity to provide educational, supportive, and relatable content for new and expecting parents. The blog served as both a marketing tool and a resource hub—highlighting services like breast pump coverage, lactation support, and more, while building deeper trust and connection with our audience.

CHALLENGE

Reliable Maternity offered essential services for new parents, but lacked a centralized content platform that fostered community or helped position the brand as a trusted voice in maternal health.

We needed a consistent, empathetic content channel that would resonate with both current patients and prospective customers.

THE DESIGN PROCESS

SOLUTION

Developed and launched "More Than A Mother" Blog for the Reliable Maternity website, featuring long-form articles focused on education, empowerment, and support for new and expecting parents. Content aligned with brand services and voice, covering topics such as breast pump access, postpartum health, and maternal rights.

Reflections

This project deepened my experience in creating healthcare content that balances marketing goals with meaningful storytelling. It challenged me to write with empathy while maintaining clinical accuracy, and to address sensitive topics in a way that felt empowering, inclusive, and supportive.

 

It also helped me grow my skills in long-form content and copywriting, particularly in translating complex healthcare topics into engaging, approachable blog posts that connect with readers. I learned how to develop content that aligns with a broader brand voice while using SEO principles and strategic calls-to-action to drive business value.
